    A night to remember

    With over 200 people in the room—trainees, alumni, clients, and students—we came together to celebrate personal leadership. But what made this event even more special? It was entirely organised and hosted by Ormit Talent’s own trainees! Every detail, from the inspiring talks to the lively vibe, reflected teamwork, countless brainstorming sessions, and the drive to bring Ormit Talent’s spirit to life. We’ve always said the best way to understand Ormit is to experience it—and Ormit Talks delivered just that. What better way to mark 25 years?

    Five keynotes, endless takeaways

    The night was powered by five incredible speakers, each sharing their personal journeys and leadership insights. Nadia Aimé lit up the stage with her passion and resilience, Tim Berghman shared his thoughts on core values, and Dominique Monami’s winning mindset left a lasting impression. Two of our very own Ormit Talent trainees also stepped on the stage, proving that leadership is alive and thriving within the organisation.

    The night wasn’t just about listening! An active break got everyone moving, networking bingo sparked fresh connections, and we capped it off with a dance party, featuring tunes from one of Ormit Talent’s very own trainee DJs. Because what’s a celebration without a bit of dancing?

    Ormit Talks 2024 was a huge success, showcasing just how much young talent can achieve. The event was all about celebrating growth, personal leadership, and the impact we can make together. It was a night to remember, filled with inspiration, connection, and plenty of celebrating!
